Freer R. Hall III (who most people know as Randy) has spent more than three decades helping organizations turn complexity into clarity.

As Vice President of Delivery Operations at Logically, he’s built teams, systems, and programs that connect people, process, and purpose — the same foundations that inspired his first book, Transformation Engines.

Part storyteller and part systems thinker, Freer believes that progress should be self-sustaining — that great leaders build structures that keep improving long after they’ve stepped out of the room.

Through his book and upcoming programs, he shares practical ways to turn vision into motion and motion into lasting momentum.

When he’s not writing or leading transformation initiatives, Freer is usually making music.

He’s a lifelong musician who still finds creativity behind a guitar, proof that rhythm and leadership have more in common than most people think.
